At Sol-Aura, every item is selected with purpose — meant to bring peace, beauty, and warmth to your space. We stand behind the quality of our curated collection, and we want you to love what you receive. 🌿

That said, we know life happens — and we’re here to make it right when it does.


📬 Returns

Because we work with trusted third-party partners who ship directly from their own fulfillment centers, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of heart at this time.

We only accept return or replacement requests for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing parts or incomplete shipment

If your order arrived with any of the above issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help fix it fast.


📸 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at sol-aura@rootedauradecor.com

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (damaged item, wrong product, etc.)

  3. Briefly describe what went wrong — we’ll handle it with love and urgency

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours and either:

  • Send a replacement free of charge, or

  • Offer a full refund (if applicable)


🛍️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Intimate products

  • Custom-made or personalized items


🔁 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that window, your order may already be on its way — in which case, we’ll help the best we can based on supplier status.
