When will my order arrive?
Every Sol-Aura piece is shipped with care from trusted partners.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and selected items.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.


How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
If you can’t find it or need help, just message us with your order number — we’ll check the status for you.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry that happened — and we’ll make it right.
Please send us a message with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.


Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?
Yes. Many of our pieces arrive wrapped in soft, natural materials.
If you’d like to include a short gift note, simply leave your message at checkout — we’ll handle the rest with care.
